1. Support Payments
ToolsCraft.io accepts voluntary support payments processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Payments are made freely and are not required to use the Service. As a general rule, support payments are non-refundable — they are a voluntary contribution toward keeping the tools free.
2. Refund Requests
If you were charged by mistake, double-charged, or experienced a technical issue with your payment, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction. We will honour reasonable refund requests on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, reach out via our Contact page and include the email address used at checkout along with the transaction date.
3. Supporter Bonus
A support payment unlocks a supporter bonus of +2 additional AI explanations per day for 30 days, as a thank-you. If a refund is issued, the bonus will be removed from the associated account.
4. No Subscriptions
ToolsCraft.io does not offer paid subscriptions. There are no recurring charges of any kind. Every support payment is a one-time voluntary payment.
